Hey Ellen, thank you for your review! I’m sorry to hear the jacket didn’t meet your expectations and didn’t keep you warm in Norway. Our insulation is designed to be warm yet lightweight, offering good mobility and breathability for skiing and snowboarding. A proper layering system can really make a difference, especially when adapting to different conditions and activity levels! It can take some trial and error with a new jacket, as the insulation might not be the same you're used to. I see that you’ve already been in contact with our team and that a solution was offered. Very pretty but it's a shame about the cold, there's something missing so that you don't get cold when skiing.

Merci pour ton avis, Jean ! Je suis contente de lire que tu trouves la veste jolie, mais je suis navrée qu’elle ne soit pas aussi chaude que tu l’espérais. Elle est conçue pour offrir un bon équilibre entre chaleur, respirabilité et liberté de mouvement, donc son isolation est volontairement plus légère afin d’assurer plus de confort sur les pistes. Un bon système multicouche, avec une couche thermique respirante et une couche intermédiaire performante, peut vraiment faire la différence lors des journées plus froides.
