But there is a checklist of sorts for your co-working space that it has to meet to ensure you can get work done efficiently so you can leave early and head to the hill. You need great coffee, fast wifi, a calming and community-driven atmosphere, as well as a great price. So we thought we would put together the best co-working spaces for skiers and snowboarders.

If your heart belongs to the mountains, finding a great coworking venue which is in easy reach of ski slopes could be the key to maximising your time on the snow while simultaneously achieving your professional goals.

Cloud Citadel provides a perfect coliving and working space for those wanting a community atmosphere close to the mountains. Found in UNESCO protected Briançon, close to the cultural heart of the city, this bright and airy space offers various room packages to suit different needs. There are weekly activities and social events organised at the house which those staying there are welcome to join. The ski resort of Serre Chevalier is close by offering 250km of piste.

Chamonix is one of Europe’s best-known ski resorts and the town itself is busy all year round.

They have all the usual coworking facilities and also run a Cafe so you’re guaranteed great coffee every day. From Bern the closest ski resort is Wengen, just under an hour drive away which is part of the Jungfrau ski area, covering 591 km of piste.
