At Dope Snow, the crew on the mountain is as diverse and inspiring as the riders who wear the gear. Our Dope Snow team athletes bring their own style, creativity, and story to the slopes – from Olympic dreams to park progression, from community building to multi-sport passion. This is your chance to get to know them better and see what makes each rider unique.
From the Swiss Alps to Canadian powder, from city streets to park jumps in Laax, each rider’s path looks different – but what connects them all is a love for the ride. Let’s meet the athletes behind the Dope Snow team.

For German snowboarder Moritz Boll, the turning point came at 14 when he joined the sports school in Davos, showing him a pro career was possible. Since then, he’s made unforgettable memories at The Nines and spent long days in Laax chasing golden-hour sessions. He describes his style as “loose but powerful,” aiming to keep his riding natural while expressing his individuality.
After a long injury, Moritz has found new motivation in training, the gym, and time with loved ones. Now in his fourth season with Dope Snow, he says the crew feels like family and values how they support their riders. Looking ahead, his goal is simple: to enjoy every turn and keep snowboarding fun.

Estonia’s Kaili Randmäe has been snowboarding since age five, developing a riding style she sums up as “style, speed, and creativity.” While she grew up far from the big mountains, she found her place in park and freestyle riding, where progression and fun go hand in hand.
Kaili has been part of the Dope Snow crew for three seasons, bringing the same energy to the mountains as she does to her other passion: aggressive inline skating. With her close friends and crew by her side, she continues to carve her own path, keeping snowboarding about good vibes and patient progression.

Gian Andri “Juan” Bolinger grew up in the Swiss Alps, skiing since the age of two. By six, he was already hooked on freestyle, choosing jumps and tricks over ski school lines. Known for his fast, compact, and intimidating style, Juan has become one of Switzerland’s most exciting young freeskiers.
Today, Juan is chasing big goals – like a spot on the Swiss freeski team for the Winter Olympics in Milano – while continuing to impress at events like Swatch Nines. Whether it’s winning comps in rental boots or throwing a switch double cork 990, he rides with confidence and a love for progression that makes him stand out.

Nick Riemer, better known as steepsteep, has built one of the most inclusive ski communities online. That outlet grew into a global community of skiers, gamers, and fans who follow his authentic approach to the sport.
Now based in Kelowna, Canada, Nick has gone from filming with childhood idols to commentating at major events and chasing lines in the Kootenays. With a mix of storytelling, skiing, and community-building, he continues to push both freeskiing and its culture forward as part of the Dope Snow family.

From Wiesbaden, Germany, to her home base in Laax, Switzerland, Melina Merkhoffer has built a life around snowboarding. What started on a borrowed race board at 15 has turned into a career defined by creativity, style, and progression in the park.
